He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Delbert and Mary Kathryn Beach Hawk. He is survived by: his wife Shirley P. Hawk; his children, Douglas Lee Hawk of Greensboro, Kelly Barham (Eric) of Greensboro, Shelby Warden of Raleigh, Andrea Batchelor of Benson and Ashley Bradley (Brandon) of Clayton; and his grandchildren, Mitchell, Wesley Barham, Bradley Denton (Breanna), Anna Denton, Luke Bradley, Caroline Bradley and Cody Batchelor.
