He is survived by: his wife Sandra Weeks; his stepchildren, Leanne Holland (Shannon) of Coats and Larry Ralph Byrd, Jr. (Charity) of Buies Creek; his grandchildren, Trevor, Jill, Torrie, Jake, Lawson, Katie, Ashton, Ethan and Brittney; his great grandchildren, Ayla, Avery and Asa; and also, Rose Shambraugh, Ray Smith and John Core. He is also survived by many cousins and nephews.
