It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Lehmon Tart of Dunn, North Carolina, who passed away on November 30, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lehmon Tart and Annie Mae Tart; his daughter Amy Dawkins; and his sister Kathy T. Adams. He is survived by: his wife Joann Tart; his daughter Crystal Norris (Brandon) of Dunn; his siblings, Billy N. Tart (Vickie) of Dunn and Debbie Edge (Billy) of Benson; his brother-in-law Ted Adams; his grandchildren, Kaylee Dawkins, Seth Dawkins, Brandon Michael Norris (Ocean) and Victoria Norris; his great grandchild Brandon Allen Norris; and his uncle Glendale Tart (Rochelle).
