She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Wiggins and Maude Wiggins; and her brother John Wiggins. She is survived by: her husband James David Tart; her son Andy Tart (Kristen Tart); her grandchildren, Chaya Tart of Dunn, Joseph Tart of Dunn and Steven Tart of Dunn; her sisters, Nancy Edwards and Jackie Wiggins Hart; and her sister-in-law Ruth Wiggins. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
