She is survived by: her mother Anna Lois Smith of Erwin; her children, Cassandra Smith McNeill (Kenny) of Raleigh, Karla Octavia Elliott and Ernest Kendrick Elliott (Sherry) of Bunnlevel; her grandchildren, Nya Labrea McNeill, Alim McNeill of Raleigh, Jabril McNeill of Raleigh, Brayden Elliott of Bunnlevel, K'Saunn Elliott and Cameron Elliott; and her siblings, Brent E. Smith of Bunnlevel, Garrick W. Smith (Vickey) of Erwin, Ethel Allen of Erwin, Jennifer L. Grant (Johnny) of Greensboro, Amanda Williams (Terry) of Fayetteville, Nicole E. Smith of Erwin and Kysha L. Smith of Erwin. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
