He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Horne and Mary Ellen Capps Horne. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Wade Horne; his sons, Sherrill Wayne Horne (Angela Marie) of Dunn, Jonathan Paul Horne and Thera Wood of Coats; his sisters, Sue Coleman (Larry) of Dunn and Libby Boyette (Tommy) of Clinton; his grandchildren, Rhiannon Marie Horne, Haley Nicole Horne, Ashley Renee Horne, Zachary Paul Horne, Marilyn Ellen Horne, Colton Thomas Wood and Brentley Chase Wood; and his pet Sassy.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sansom Community Church (2896 Arrowhead Rd, Dunn, NC 28334). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
