He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Thomas Byrd and Lila Bell Warren Byrd; and his wife Rachel Nunn Byrd. He is survived by: his children, Fran Hardy (Tom) and Danny Byrd (Debbie); his grandchildren, Jody Hardy, Megan Hardy, Amanda Hardy Holder and Tonya Byrd; and his great grandchildren, Thomas Hardy, Dan Holder and Taylor Holder. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
