He was predeceased by: his siblings, Daniel Nichols and Kimberly Lawler. He is survived by: his wife Lynda Avery Karpinski; his children, Tyler Karpinski of Dudley, Caycee Karpinski (Brandon) of Mountain Top, PA, Steven Desmarais of Dudley and Kayla Desmarais of Dudley; and his siblings, John Karpinski of Kunkle, PA, Matthew Karpinski of Kunkle, PA, William Nichols of Kunkle, PA and Emma Karpinski of Connecticut.
