She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Waters and Mabel Wynn Waters; her children, Virgil, Jansen (Felicia) and Kateena Simmons; her sister-in-law Bertha Waters; and her siblings, George (Mamie), Frederick and Barbara Wilson. She was also cherished by relatives and friends.
