He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert James Tooley, Sr. and Agatha Douglass Tooley. He is survived by: his wife Dagmar Tooley; his daughters, Elke Tooley of California and Sylvia Teasley of Montana; his sister Cheryl Kolka of Oregon; his grandchildren, Kristina, Rachel and Kaitlin; and his great grandchild Benjamin.
Due to COVID-19 and governmental restrictions, a private visitation for family and close friends will be held at Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro with military honors to follow.
