It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Lee McClarin Jr. (Dudley, North Carolina), who passed away on May 1, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Dora McClarin Sr.; and his brothers, Joseph, Kenneth Ray and Michael McClarin.

He is survived by: his significant other Jean; his son Robert L. McClarin, III; his siblings, Deborah McClarin of Philadelphia, PA, Gail Shields of Goldsboro, NC, Joyce Ann McClarin of Goldsboro, NC, Eugene McClarin of Goldsboro, NC and Chester McClarin of Northern, VA; and also Anita Parker. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the celebration of his life will be private for immediate family and friends.
