He was predeceased by: his parents, John Marshall and Lazella Brenneman Marshall. He is survived by: his spouse Lucille Myers Marshall; his children, Mike Marshall (Madonna Mahoney) of San Antonio, TX, Charles Marshall Jr. of Goldsboro, Terry Sims (David) of Cibolo, TX, Sandra Van Wormer (Robert) of Dudley, Andrew Strickland of Oklahoma City, OK and Offie L. Strickland (Sarah) of North Charleston, SC; and his siblings, John Marshall of Rostraver Township, PA and Barb Matlock (Jack) of West Newton, PA. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
