She is survived by: her husband Malcolm "Bud" Finlay; her children, Vickie I. Shipley, Charles J. "Chuck" Inscoe (Debra), Nancy I. Moore (David) and Marsha Hartis; her stepchildren, Malcolm "Donnie" Finlay (Sherry), Debbie McCormick (Dave) and William Mack Finlay; and her grandchildren, Tamela A. Bailey and Terry L. Bailey. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and many special great grandchildren.
