She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Green and Effie Mae Harrington Williams; and her siblings, Kenneth Williams and Betty Banks. She is survived by: her children, Richard Williams (Jennifer) of Charlotte, Christopher Williams (Emma) of Charlotte and Lakeashia Coleman (Michael) of Charlotte; her sister Tammie Cox (Curtis) of Reidsville, N. C.; her grandchildren, Josephine, Mikayla, Abria, Paul, Ava and Christopher Jr.; and her close friend Rudolph Ham.
