He was predeceased by: his parent Paul Strickland Sr.. He is survived by: his parent Ethel Watts Strickland Barnes; his spouse Joyce Lamm Strickland; his children, Billy Paul Strickland (Mona), Sylvia Dunbar, Susie Kirby (Ricky) and Judy Dominguez (James); and his sister Janice Butler (Steve) of Goldsboro. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
