He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Gaynelle Newcomb; his children, Candace Newcomb Price (Thomas) of Middlesex and Allan Newcomb (Robin) of Clayton; his grandchildren, Blair Price, Ean and Owen Newcomb; and his siblings, Glenda Newcomb, Phyllis Hargrove and Bill Newcomb. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
