It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorie Rochie Hines (Dudley, North Carolina), who passed away on December 5, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Beulah Moody; her daughter Deborah Hines Autrey; and her siblings, Dorothy Rae Jones, Nettie Prince, Cathel Mae Johnson, Betty Moody Hines and Major Theodore "Buddy" Moody.
She is survived by: her parent Major Moody; her children, Lorie Hines Robertson (Willy) of Sanford, Billy Daniel "Danny" Hines (Laura) of Fremont and Lewis Scott "Scottie" Hines (Terry) of Dudley; her son-in-law Don Autrey of Dudley; and her sister Jimmie Dawn Davis (Chuck) of Dudley. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
