He is survived by: his mother Linda Ann Woodard; his daughter Samantha McLamb (Dillon); his girlfriend Michele Watkins; his siblings, Wayne Woodard, Winona Ford (Clinton) and Lisa Reth; and his grandchildren, Sawyer McLamb, Dawsyn McLamb and Sutton McLamb.
