He is survived by: his mother Juanita Woodby of Hickory, NC; his wife Celeste Creaseman; his children, Malinda Butson of Belmont, NC, John Hutchinson (Christina) of Dudley Shoals, NC, Monica Creaseman of Lenoir, NC, Mandy Hampton of Hickory, NC, McCall Creaseman of Baton, NC and Ethan Creaseman of Baton, NC; and his siblings, Elaine Hampton of Lenoir, NC, Teresa Barrier of Hickory, NC, Christopher Woodby of San Francisco, CA and Laura Presnell of Waynesville, NC. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and his beloved extended family.
