She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lee and Edna Broyles Booth. She is survived by: her husband Max Rich Sr.; her children, Jeannie Willoughby (Jim) of Dudley, Debra Faith Butcher (Milton "Butch") of Pikeville and Max Rich Jr. (Jennifer Rich) of Wilmington; her siblings, William Booth of Eureka and Edna Sapia of Baltimore, MD; and her grandchildren, Chuck Willoughby, Ethan Willoughby, Janeen Butcher, Amber Nicole Rich and Stephen Rich. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; and 1 great, great grandchild.
