He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Carmack and Uleen Carmack; and his friend Robin Aumann. He is survived by: his siblings, William Carmack of Mt. Holly, NC and Rhonda Weeks (Norman) of Anthony, FL; and his friend Peggy Sue Knoll of Goldsboro.
