He was predeceased by: his spouse Martha T. Smutny. He is survived by: his daughters, Bonnie R. Smutny-Fritz (Randy) of Boxboro, MA, Terryl B. Terrell and Fiancé Brian Jones of Killeen, TX; his sister Eleanor Laverde of Clinton, PA; his grandchildren, Terryl A. Fritz, Giovanni Terrell, Cameron Terrell and Brayden Terrell-Jones; and his great grandchild Eliza Terrell.
