It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances P. Houston (Dudley, North Carolina), who passed away on November 1, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Earl Samuel Houston; her sister-in-law M. B.; her sister Mary Britt; and her brother-in-law William Britt. She is survived by: her daughter Joyce Rackley; her son-in-law William Rackley of Dudley; and her stepgrandchildren, Stacey Barnes, Dan Rackley, Jennifer Rackley and Donna Humber. She is also survived by several step-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
