She is survived by: her brother Chester Best, Jr. (Patsy); her nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Gaynelle Newcomb, Deborah Ann Newcomb, William Earl Waters (Ruby), Glenda Faye Carraway (Ricky) and Garry Edward Waters (Sherry); and her siblings-in-law, John Waters, LaVerene Waters and Kay Waters. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and six great great-grandchildren.
