Ella Shannon Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ella Shannon (Dudley, North Carolina), born in Elba, Alabama, who passed away on May 27, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Daniel Jacobs and Bonnie Bell Bowdion; her stepmother Carrie Bell Shepherd; her husband Robert "Bob" Edward Shannon; her daughter Dolores Ann Anderson; and her brothers, James D. Jacobs, Billy Jacobs, Paul A. Jacobs, Joe Fred Jacobs and Jerry Wayne Jacobs.
She is survived by: her children, Robert "Bobby" Earl Shannon (Roni Levy), Cheri Shannon Caison (Ray), Larry Joe Shannon and Danny K. Shannon (Carolyn); her siblings, Harry Edward Jacobs, George Ralph Jacobs and Laura Jean Ziegler; her grandchildren, Becky Chestnut, Stacie Connelly (Robert), Jason Anderson, Nikki Shannon, John Cunningham (Jo Beth), Ann White (Jason), Lindsey Caison (Stanley Forrester) and Tyler "Tylerman" Caison; and her niece Lily Jacobs. She is also survived by nineteen great grandchildren.
