He was predeceased by: his father Jasper Devey. He is survived by: his mother Shirley W. Evans; his siblings, Virgil Norris of Charlotte, NC, Jansen D. Evans (Felicia) of Alexandria, VA and Kateena Evans Simmons of Asheville, NC; his nieces and nephews, Ashley, Jaspree, Taylor Evans, Joshua and Justin Simmons; and his cousin Anthony Wynn. He is also survived by loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The celebration of his life will be limited to 50 people due to COVID-19 restrictions, on Monday, January 4, 2021 at 1:00pm at J. B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC.
