She was predeceased by: her mother Carolyn Lee Epps Waters; and her son Timothy Ray Lockamy. She is survived by: her father Calvin Glenn Waters; her husband Dennis LaVern Purdy; her children, Delphus Lockamy, Michael Purdy and Donna Sue Myatt; and her brother Michael Waters. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
