Phelps; his brothers, Gerry Phelps, III, Matthew Phelps and Thomas Phelps; his sibling-in-law Riley Jernigan; his grandparents, Jeanne Phelps, Elfriede and Jerry Smiling; his nephew Ryker Phelps; his aunts, Lisa Phelps and Michelle Fulk; his uncle Richard Deaver; and his cousins, Treasure Linton and Cassie Preskitt (Kanin).
