He is survived by: his wife Beverly Jean Smith; his children, Charlie Lee Smith (Laurie), Darrel Curtis Smith (Amy), Keri Dean (Daniel) and Kimberly Medeiros (Jason); his siblings, Tim Smith (Linda), Glenn Smith (Peggy), Sandy McCullen (Glenn) and Cindy Stevens (Ed); his grandchildren, Katie, Kimberly, Casi, Harley, Emily, Claire, McKinsey, Jacob, Julianna, Kierstin, Vivian and Meredith "Esmerelda"; and his great grandchildren, Abel, Lucas, Siles, Mackenzie, Jayce, Paisleigh "Pretty Girl" and Kaisyn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
