He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Brogden and Betsy Carter Brogden. He is survived by: his children, Missy Morris (David), Charles Brogden (Angela), Teresa Price (David John), Charlene Brogden and Todd Brogden; and his grandson Rylan Brogden. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
