It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beverly Hensley Weaver (Dudley, North Carolina), who passed away on June 13, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bacchus Selwyn Hensley and Clela Ball Hensley; her husband James Lawrence Weaver; her brother Bacchus Selwyn Hensley; and her siblings-in-law, Ralph, Dorothy Weaver, Glenn, Hilda Weaver, Donald, Joyce Weaver, Hugh, Hazel Ballard, Anita Weaver and Ellie Weaver.
She is survived by: her siblings, Barbara Jane Hensley of Burnsville and Robert Steven Hensley (Anita) of Candler; and her siblings-in-law, Jackie Hensley, Russell Weaver, Carl Weaver (Faye), Roy Weaver, Charles Weaver (Annette) and Doris Weaver. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews she loved.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Beverly's memory to the Shriner's Hospital for Children, 403 E. Front Street, New Bern, NC 28560 or to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
