She was predeceased by: her parents, Mendel Smith Mickle and Eva Brasington Mickle; her husband James A. King; and her son Mark A. King. She is survived by: her children, Roger A. King and Kim C. Hoff; and her grandchildren, Justin A. King, Katie M. Hoff and Will M. Hoff.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home (2873 US-117, Dudley, NC 28333). A burial was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Ebenezer United Methodist Church Cemetery (1019 Ebenezer Road, Lugoff, NC 29078).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial contributions be directed to any relief organization for Western North Carolina.
