Barbara Blackwell Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2020, at the age of 56, Barbara Blackwell (Dudley, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James K. Blackwell and Hazel Louise Gooding Blackwell; and her sister Mary Ellen Blackwell. She is survived by: her siblings, Lucille B., J. D. Glover, Sylvia B., James Rouse and James K. Blackwell, Jr.; and her nieces and nephews, Gabby Glover, Daniel Rouse, Matthew Rouse, Jacob Rouse, Sydnie Rouse, Emma Rouse, Logan Wiechel, Connor Thompson, Jared Thompson, Zoe Rouse, Axel Rouse, Alexis Rogers and Emmanuel Rogers.
