With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Angela Outlaw of Dudley, North Carolina, born in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, who passed away on February 25, 2021 at the age of 51. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Sheila Diane Miller Babb and Paul Kiffen "Kip" Babb; her husband Alan Outlaw; her daughters, Kayla (Steven Whitfield) and Alanna Outlaw; her sister Andi; her brother-in-law Bill Brooks; her nieces, Faith, Belle and Kate; her nephew Anthony; her great-nephew Brayden; her father-in-law Bobby Outlaw (Nancy); her sister-in-law Marcia Belding (Jeff); her uncle Derrell Miller; and her children, Riley and Bella.
