She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Westbrook and Clara Westbrook; her former husband Ralph Best; and her siblings, Norman Westbrook, Eunice Jernigan, Lois Williams and Geraldine Westbrook Davis.
She is survived by: her husband Roy Rogers; her children, Jimmie Best (Barbara) of Dudley, Johnnie Best (Lee Ann) of Goldsboro, Danny Best (Vickie) of Rosewood, Michael Best of Greenville, NC and Patricia Gonsalves (Leon) of Hawaii; her stepchildren, Timmy Rogers (Diana Pierce) of Dudley, Randy Rogers (Norma) of Goldsboro, Sharon Pendergraft (Oscar) of Kenly and Kathy Carmac (Richard) of Dudley; and her sister-in-law Evelyn Westbrook of Goldsboro. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
