He is survived by: his siblings, Lewis Russ (Jean) of Cedar Creek, Walter Russ (Lucille) of Dublin, Muriel Priest (Larry) of Clarkton, Edna Lou Russ of Dublin, Mildred Priest (Ricky) of Elizabethtown and Alice Smith of Lumberton; and his friends, Walter and Lucille Russ. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bladen Gaskins Funeral Home & Cremation Services (3131 M. L. K. Dr, Elizabethtown, NC 28337). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:30 PM at the Bladen Memorial Gardens (5381 NC-242, Elizabethtown, NC 28337).
