He was predeceased by: his father Norris Columbus Starnes. He is survived by: his mother Helen Kawbata Starnes; his children, Amelia Bumgarner (Cam) and Steven Starnes (Abby); his grandchildren, Reid Bumgarner, Cyrus Starnes and Saige Starnes; and his siblings, Mike Starnes and Denise Denton.
