He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Charlie Ray Newell and Jessica Lynn Mills (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Seth Waylon Norman, Zachary Daniel Newell, Kenley Newell, Annabelle Rose Mills, Amelia Evelyn Mills and Allison Ray Mills; his sisters, Myra Botts and Sandra White (Bill); his niece Paige Hales; and his nephew Craig Hales.

The family requests donations be made in Bill's memory to the Shriner's Hospital for Children- Philadelphia.
