It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Brinkley (Dover, North Carolina), who passed away on March 15, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William George Davis and Mamie Smith Davis; and her siblings, Margarette Williams, Amos "Franklin" Davis and Ronnie Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Alice Lane Dail of Wilson and William James Brinkley (Danelle) of Dover; her grandchildren, Billy Aldridge, Gabriel Simpkins and Toni Gail Leggett; and her siblings, Alice Spain of Greenville, Sue Showalter of Aberdeen and Billy Davis of Deep Run.
