He was predeceased by: his parents, Heber Griffin and Emma Wooten Griffin; and his sisters, Peggy Pridgen and Lucille White. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Lewis Griffin; his son Leslie Lee Griffin, Jr. (Sonya); his granddaughter Rachel Kilpatrick; and his brother Marvin Griffin.
