Gary Whitley Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 4, 2021, at the age of 72, Gary Whitley of Dover, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Burl Whitley Jr. and Geraldine Whitley; and his brother Burl Whitley III. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn S. Whitley; and his children, David Whitley (Cindy), Debbie Potter and Terry Patterson. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The family requests that attendants wear masks and practice social distancing during the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Dover United Methodist Church or the Dover VFD.
