He was predeceased by: his parents, Melcher Rhem and Mary Louise Riggs Rhem. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Moore Rhem; his sons, Curtis Eugene Rhem (Lisa) of Dover and Daniel Ezra Rhem of Dover; his grandchildren, Hannah Rhem and Emmalee Rhem; and his siblings-in-law, Marsha Demoret (John) of Cove City, Walter Moore (Connie) of Cove City and Jimi Moore (Juanita) of Dover. He is also survived by family members and friends.
