He is survived by: his wife Jayne Denise Bledsoe; his daughters, Jeni Woodruff O'Neal (Brian), Tonya Woodruff Oakley and Katherine Franklin "Frankye" Woodruff; his grandchildren, Seth Beacham, Sydney Brown, Mitchell, Max Oakley, Katie O'Neal and Lily O'Neal; and his siblings, Weldon Woodruff and Pence Wilmoth.
