It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teddy Aldean Medley (Dobson, North Carolina), born in Surry, Virginia, who passed away on August 21, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucian Medley and Nora Royall Medley; his wife Donese Southard Medley; his brother Larry Medley; and his sisters-in-law, Mildred Medley and Linda Janice Cranfill.
He is survived by: his son Christopher Medley; his brother Vernon Medley; his nieces, Paula Moore and Renee Hartman; his nephew Marty Medley; his great-nieces, Haley Cook, Shannon Skaggs and Samantha Moore; and his great-nephew Andrew Moore.
