He is survived by: his parents, Early Sawyers and Louise Sawyers; his wife Betty June Taylor Sawyers; his grandchildren, Lakean Vaught, Crue Cassell, Holden Cassell, Abby Vaught and Dalton Cassell; his brother John Sawyers (Linda) of La Porte; and also, Mac Taylor and June Taylor. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
