She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Allen Norman and Ennice Lorine Gaylean Norman; her husband Clyde Henry Moore; her children, Nieta Moore Gambill, Dian Moore Cooley and Henry Lance Moore; her granddaughter Lancine Thompson; and her sisters, Evelyn Smith, Lucy Lowe and Imogene Ramey.
She is survived by: her sons, Dwight D. Moore (Judi) of Advance and Richard J. Moore (Edna) of Elkin; her daughters-in-law, Maxine Moore of Pilot Mountain and Karen Shores of State Road; and her grandchildren, Teddy Gambill (Robin), Cindy Alberg, Craig Gambill (Tricia), Jill Beaty (Scott), Megan Stainback (Kevin), Adriane Cooley (Chris), Joshua Moore and Derek Moore (Selena).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Piedmont Land Conservancy, PO Box 4025, Greensboro, NC 27404 for the projects on Mitchell River or Rocky Ford, C/O Claude Loyd, 312 Logun Rd., State Road, NC 28676.
