He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lindbergh Martin and Evelyn Reynolds Hodge; and his grandson Jeremy Sprinkle. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Heath Martin; his children, Cindy Martin Sprinkle (Mark) of Kernersville, NC, Michelle Hall McLaughlin (James) of Sevierville, TN, Bro. Christopher Martin of Mt. Airy and Michael Hall of Pilot Mountain; his grandchildren, Nathan Sprinkle, Patrick Mclaughlin, Rebekah McLaughlin, Carriella Starnes, Kalee and Kendall Hall; and his sisters, Carol Martin Lawson (Henry) and Sherill Hodge Bowman of Mt. Airy.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rural Hall Chapel - Hayworth-Miller Funeral Homes & Crematory (305 Bethania-Rural Hall Rd, Rural Hall, NC 27045). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel (305 Bethania-Rural Hall Rd, Rural Hall, NC 27045).
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude's Childrens Research Hospital.
