He was predeceased by: his wife Polly Boyles Fulk; his parents, Aubery Carl Fulk and Mabel Marion Fulk; his daughter Dianne; his son-in-law Mike Cummings; his grandson Jason Cummings; his siblings, Phillip Fulk and Peggy; his brother-in-law Hanzel Miller; and his sister Linda Cook.
He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Fulk of Dunnellon, FL, Regina Hardy of Shoals, NC, Mitzi Pfendt (Herbert) of Milford, NJ and Andy Fulk (Sheila) of Shoals, NC; his grandchildren, Bridget Willoughby (Jamie), Bryanna Baker (Adam), Justin Cummings (Farren), David Pfendt (Rebecca), Eric Hardy, Thomas Pfendt (Ashley), Christopher Hardy and Tori Jessup (Brock); his siblings, Donald Fulk (Frankie), Bernice Nunn and Becky Wall (Jimmy); and his siblings-in-law, Delmer Ray Cook and Martha Lane (Jackie). He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
