She was predeceased by: her parents, Fletcher Kenneth Crissman and Minnie Mae Doss Crissman; her husband Johnny Lee White Sr.; and her brothers, Willlie Crissman and Roger Crissman.

She is survived by: her children, Patricia (Danny Hoots), Faye (Rodney Tuttle), Debra (Dean Ruth) and Johnny; her daughter-in-law Tori White, Jr.; her grandchildren, J. D. Hoots, Kelly Tuttle, Chris Tuttle, Wendy Koontz, Jennifer Bost, Alexis White, Kayla White, Kinley White and Anna White; her stepgrandson Dean Ruth; and her sister Pauline Creed. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
