She was predeceased by: her parents, John William Westmoreland, Sr. and Mary Alice Willard Westmoreland; her husband Don; her sister Ruby; her brother-in-law Gifford Rigney; her brother John William; her sister-in-law Mary Elizabeth Westmoreland, Jr. (Pete); her nieces and nephews, Sam Westmoreland, Tony Rigney, Don Rigney, W. H. Rigney, Esther Rigney Henley and Libby Rigney Richardson; her brother-in-law Arlis Jackson; and also, Dylan Casstevens and Joe Duncan, Jr..
She is survived by: her son David; her daughter-in-law Christina Lampron of Pensacola; and her sister Edie Jackson of Viera. She is also survived by several grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
